Maternity Leave
Update!
Hello to everyone!
Baby is here! He was born on 03/26/2026. It was a bit of a battle getting him here, so with 30+ hours of laboring my doctor decided they needed to do a c-section. That means I need a little more recovery time than I anticipated. With that said, my projected return date is June 22nd, 2026! At the end of May, I will reassess my recovery and will officially decide what day I'll be opening my schedule back up.
In other great news, I have my new location set for when I return from leave! I will be inside of Next Level Sports Performance at 4670 Table Mountain Drive Golden, CO 80403.
I appreciate you all and cannot wait to see everyone again once I return! If you need recommendations for someone with a similar style, don’t hesitate to reach out via text or email.

I am a licensed massage therapist and certified fascial stretch therapist that focuses on releasing tension and bringing healthy flexibility back into the body. I love helping people improve their mobility to advance them in their sport(s) or to allow them to have more freedom in their body for everyday activities. I also understand how debilitating and disruptive pain can be, physically and mentally, from a personal level. I am passionate on helping my clients relieve the pains they are experiencing so they can live the life style they enjoy, pain free.
I have been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life: pro athletes, D1 college athletes, golfers, ultra runners, cyclist, rock climbers, desk workers, musicians, and so many more. FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY
Deep pressured massage to release locked tension in the tissue to relieve any pain(s) and reclaim healthy flexibility back into the body. Depending on what the tissue needs this can include cupping, scraping (gua sha), trigger point, stretching, swedish, myofascial release, and deep tissue along with other modalities.
Assisted stretching to help mobilize and manipulate fascia lines and muscular tissue. I am trained in numerous styles of assisted stretch (fascial, thai, and PNF stretching) to provide the most beneficial and optimal stretch to relax and help lengthen the tissue.
Massage that focuses on releasing tension and relaxing the body. During the session you will receive a blend of techniques including swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, and moderate deep tissue.
